Framing Nailer

I bought a very cheap clipped-head framing nailer from Princess Auto. It is big and yellow and heavy but hopefully it will speed up framing that I have to do.

I haven't had a great deal of success with it yet.

Wire-collated nails seem to jam in the magazine and opening the gun to clear the magazine is "challenging". There are evidently paper and glue collated nails but I haven't tried these yet.
